Terms of Service — MicroCare

These terms govern your use of MicroCare ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

MicroCare provides care management software for coordinators, carers, and patients. We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with others. You must be 18 or over to create an account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Attempt to access other users' data
Reverse-engineer or copy the Service
Send spam, malware, or harmful content
Resell the Service without our written permission

4. Your content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into MicroCare. We only process it to provide the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted (subject to legal retention obligations).

7. Liability

MicroCare is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
